Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, process transactions accurately, and contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Duties:
- Greet customers and assist with inquiries
- Process sales transactions using cash registers
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Promote products and services to customers
- Handle customer returns and exchanges
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves
Requirements:
- Experience in cash handling and operating a cash register
- Strong phone etiquette skills for handling customer inquiries
- Knowledge of retail sales techniques and wireless sales is a plus
- Ability to conduct product demonstrations to showcase features
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous but not required
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with retail math calculations for accurate transactions
- Prior experience in jewelry sales is a bonus
