Senior Electrical Designer – Power & Industrial Projects
Are you an experienced Electrical Designer with a passion for power plant and industrial projects? We're partnering with a local team to identify a Sr. Electrical Designer to join their team!
Job Responsibilities:
- Use AutoCAD 3D to create electrical raceway models, design drawings, and circuit routing
- Develop Electrical One-line, Three-line, and Relaying Diagrams
- Plan and execute designs for power plants and industrial applications
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and cross-discipline teams
- Ensure designs meet industry codes, safety standards, and project requirements
- Analyze reports, drawings, and tests to optimize project outcomes
Experience:
- 10 years of experience as an Electrical Designer
- 5 years of experience designing power plants
- Expertise in AutoCAD 3D, raceway design, and cable routing
- Strong knowledge of Steam & Gas Turbine Generators, 480V & 4160V Equipment, and Power Plant Transformers
- Proficiency in Excel and electrical design calculations
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-discipline environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
