Responsibilities ($30-$35 / Hour Depending on Experience)
- Be a Hands-On Leader, Oversee, Direct, Delegate Appropriate Tasks to Fitters and Helpers as Needed to Fulfill Project Completion Deadlines, Meet Scheduling Requirements and Exceed Company Goals
- Maintain a Clean and Safe Work Environment
- Ensure All UG Materials are Properly Installed According to Plans and City Requirements
- Submit Accurate and Complete Daily JHA's and Job Expense Reporting
- Instruct and Train Helpers, or other Personnel in the Basic Process of Repair or Installation
- Maintain Company Vehicle Tools and Equipment as per Company Policy
Qualifications:
- Previous Experience and Knowledge of Commercial Underground Fireline Installation and Repair Requirements
- Ability to Manage a crew of 2-4
- Must be able to lift Equipment / Materials that Weigh 50-75 LBS on a Regular Basis
- Osha 10 or 30 Certification is a Plus
- Experience Operating Excavation Equipment and Hand Tools
- Strong Problem Solving and Critical Thinking Skills
- Ability to Take Direction from Upper Management
- Must have Valid Driver's License and Good Driving Record
