Job Summary: The Program Assistant II will provide administrative, and staff support to the general organizational operations. This position provides all necessary organizational support and is responsible for a variety of other tasks. Duties include processing of donations, maintaining the office environment and special projects as needed.
Essential Job Functions:
- Provide clerical support for the CAC and staff members
- General reception duties including, greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, answering door
- Supervise clients in waiting area
- Input donations in Donor Perfect database, track in-kind donations on spreadsheet or in database as appropriate, produce thank you letters for all donations
- Perform tasks that assist with daily functions: ie, Post office, mail distribution, preparation of bulk mailings, print mailing labels and provide post office bill to Executive Director, etc.
- Prepare materials, carts, displays, test scores, data, certificates, and follow-up surveys for trainings
- Prepare boardroom for case review
- Schedule forensic interviews/appointments for clients
- Assist with CAC public awareness and fundraising events
- Assist with logistical support for CAC trainings as required
- Follow-up with Counseling and Forensic Interview clients
- Prepare and maintain mental health counseling calendar, track attendance and provide attendance as necessary
- Assist Victim/Family Advocate as requested
- Assist Mental Health Therapist as requested
- Assist with sales of CAC merchandise
- Contact service technicians for service on office equipment as needed
- Stock supplies in kitchen, board room and restrooms as scheduled
- Assist with April Conference, 19 days of Prevention and Pinwheel campaign. Including preparation of all materials needed and event setup

Education and Experience Requirements:
- A minimum of a high school diploma or GED
- Knowledge of the CAC and the multidisciplinary team approach
- At least one year of relevant, applied experience, preferably working in the public sector or in a non-profit environment
Other requirements for employment:
Person in this position must have a working phone, reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, provide proof of automobile insurance, acceptable driving record, and must pass an extensive criminal background check.

- Monday: 12:00pm-8:30pm
- Tuesday: 12:30pm-8:30pm
- Wednesday: 12:30pm-8:30pm
- Thursday: 8:30am-5:30pm
- Friday: 8:30am-5:30pm
