About us
Child Care Network is a non profit business in Seymour, IN. We have been providing child related services for over 30 years. We house our county's child advocacy program, a before and after school progam in multiple elementary schools, On My Way Preschool in 3 elementary schools, and a Child Care Center for ages 6weeks-4 year old.
Position Overview:
Child Care Network, Inc.’s Kids Klub Site employees oversee Kids Klub sites, Kids Klub site staff, the delivery of childcare services, and assures all transactions, activities and staff members comply with policies, procedures, and contractual agreements. Kids Klub Site Coordinators must work harmoniously to assure the Kids Klub site and staff function as a whole. Kids Klub is a before and after school, split shift position.
Education and Experience:
-Must pass background check and drug screen
-High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Patience, flexibility, and a genuine passion for working with children
