What are the responsibilities and job description for the School Aged Child Care Provider position at Child Central Station, LLC?
Child Central Station, LLC is seeking a part-time assistant teacher/caregiver. Our program is known for our child-centered, play based philosophy. During the summer, we provide a full day program for school aged children. During the school year, we provide a before and after school program at Superior Hills and Sandy Knoll. (6:30-9 am and 3:45-6 pm) We spend a lot of time learning and exploring both inside and out. Plan for lots of time outside and lots of activity! This position requires candidates to be 18 years of age or older with reliable transportation. Caregivers must pass a background check, obtain a TB skin test, gain first aid and CPR certification, in addition to participate in ongoing training. Candidates must be available for all shifts anywhere from 6:30 am to 6 pm, Monday-Friday. The preferred candidate will be available atleast 15-30 hours/week during the school year with additional hours when covering days off/vacations. Full time hours are available during the summer program. Prior experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.
