We are accepting BCBA students for supervision hours.

Responsibilities of a Registered Behavior Technician include:
- The RBT provides instruction and reinforcement to enable the child to acquire and maintain skills that will allow him/her to function with greater independence in the home and community and to help improve the child’s mental health
- The ABA treatment plan is designed and supervised by a licensed psychologist / Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA).
- Mental health treatment focuses on children ages 1-5 and takes place in the clinic, client homes, and the community within 10 miles of our offices.
- BCBAs have no more than 6 clients on their schedule and RBTs see a variety of children throughout the day.
- Sessions are 2-3 hour blocks at a time.
- We offer paid drive time and admin time at the same rate as direct service time.
- RBTs are scheduled lunches to give time to have a break and refresh.
Requirements of a Registered Behavior Technician include:
- Bachelor's (Required)
- RBT Certification (Required)
- US work authorization (Required)
- Passed the RBT Competency Assessment and the RBT examination
- Be able to pass a background check prior to hiring, and must possess a valid driver’s license to travel to clinic offices and client homes
