Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical supervision to social workers in accordance with state and professional requirements.
- Review and evaluate case documentation, ensuring adherence to ethical and legal standards.
- Offer guidance on case management, intervention strategies, and client interactions.
- Facilitate regular supervision sessions, both individually and in groups.
- Maintain thorough records of supervision sessions and feedback provided.
- Stay updated on best practices, laws, and regulations in social work.
- Professional Liability Insurance providing single limit coverage in an amount of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence with an annual aggregate limit of $2,000,000
- Minimum of 1year of post-licensure experience in social work.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or mentorship role.
- Strong understanding of social work ethics, laws, and professional guidelines.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible schedule: hours based on the needs of clinical supervision
- Compensation: contract rate $70 per hour, paid onboarding/training.
- Contract Duration: contract can be a fixed term with renewable options or ongoing basis
