Children's Aid Society is seeking a charismatic and organized Office Manager to run The Lehman Center, York and ensure the daily operations are running smoothly.
Typical Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 8:00am - 6:00pm

You will:

- Manage the office and reception area to ensure effective communications and maintain a professional, safe environment for clients, staff and visitors
- Process client referrals, schedule and manage client appointments, make band deposits, distribute internal and external mail, order supplies, and maintain petty cash; Provide administrative support of client charts and files, and provide statistical reports to Leadership Team
- Prepares monthly billing for Accounting; Assists the Development and Marketing department by sending invitations, taking reservations, sending donor recognitions
Required Education/Experience:
- Associate's Degree in Business, or similar
- At least two (2) years experience in an administrative role
- Advanced knowledge and skills using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Experience using donor management systems, like NetworkForGood, etc.
- Satisfactory Child Abuse History Clearance, PA State Background Check, FBI Criminal Background Check and National Sex Offender Registry check
