What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mobile Therapist (MT) position at Children's Crisis Treatment Center?
CCTC is seeking a Mobile Therapist to provide community-based mental health therapy to children, including in their homes.
Responsibilities Include
Requirements
License (PA.), in Psychology, Professional Counseling or Social Work is preferred.
Or, Master in Psychology, Clinical Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or related field required.
Additionally a minimum of 1 year of post master professional experience providing mental health treatment to children.
Responsibilities Include
- Providing individual treatment to children in conjunction with treatment team members, especially family, to stabilize and improve behavior functioning
- Developing behavior treatment plan and interventions
- Using trauma informed evidenced based practices to support positive and enhanced mental health functioning
