What are the responsibilities and job description for the Early Childhood Mental Health /Direct Care Provider position at Children's Place, Inc.?
Must Be Local
- Must have a minimum of a Bachelors Degree early childhood education, child development, psychology, social work or a related field
- Must want to work with children with behavior issues
- Must have experience working with children
- Writes clinical notes daily on up to 6 individual children daily
- Must Work daily with young children, ages 2 to 5, w/ behavior problems
- Work with children is done in a group setting or classroom.
- Provide early education experiences using engaged play children
- Follows child care schedule, circle time, small group, centers, outside time,
- Utilizes treatment plans, engagement and attachment behaviors & practices to manage children's behaviors
- Uses assessments to understand children’s behaviors and developmental needs
- Participates in an Interdisciplinary treatment teams, and planning groups.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
