The Children's Guild provides comprehensive, individualized mental health services to empower children, families, and communities to thrive. Our Outpatient Mental Health Clinic (OMHC) is seeking dedicated mental health professionals to join our school-based program.

Key Responsibilities:
▪ Provide individual, family, and group therapy services within 1-3 schools throughout several counties in Maryland
▪ Utilize clinical skills to meet the individual needs of each client and family
▪ Collaborate with school systems to provide mental health education and support
▪ Maintain accurate and timely documentation and meet billing targets
▪ Balance direct care, care coordination, administrative duties, and outreach
Qualifications
Ideal Candidates Have:
▪ Master's degree in social work, counseling, or related field
▪ Active LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, LCPC, or LMFT licensure
▪ Proficiency in therapeutic modalities for children, adolescents, and families
▪ Strong communication and teamwork skills
▪ Self-motivation, flexibility, and creativity to work independently on-site

Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
