Job Overview
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for collaborating with the Marketing Strategist in developing and implementing the marketing and communications strategy for an assigned group of service lines and/or clinical focus areas within the organization. He/she develops and maintains solid client relationships and possesses an intimate understanding of assigned client's core business.
The Marketing Specialist supports the Marketing Strategist and collaborates with key stakeholders in the creation of business plans, market research, and tracking and reporting of data intelligence. He/she assists in providing ongoing guidance and project management to drive awareness, local and national reputation, competitive positioning, and service line growth.
The Marketing Specialist will work across the marketing and communications team to ensure the right resources are utilized at the right time for the right projects to get the best results.
The equivalent role in an advertising/digital agency would be Account Executive.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
An employee in this position may be called upon to do any or all of the following essential functions. These examples do not include all of the functions which the employee may be expected to perform.
Assist in the development and implementation of annual marketing and communications plans for assigned service lines, clinical focus areas and/or community programs
Undertake individual tactics of the marketing plan as assigned
Subject matter expertise in assigned service lines, focus areas
Integrate tactics across relevant channels including web, mobile, social, direct, print, PR, etc.
Translate marketing plans and initiatives into actionable creative/digital briefs
Assist in analyzing marketing data and lead generation (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
Build strong working relationships with all key stakeholders within assigned service lines and across the marketing and communications department

Qualifications
EDUCATION – Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, public relations, communications, or related field
EXPERIENCE – 3 – 7 years of experience in agency/studio/corporate environment
Proficiency with relevant technology and software applications

Salary Information
Annual Salary Range (Based on 40 hours worked per week): $57,085.51 to $85,628.26
Hourly Salary Range: $27.44 to $41.17
