The Role
As an HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Human Resources Department by ensuring the efficient operation of administrative processes. This is a full-time position located in [location], reporting to the Director of Human Resources. The HR Coordinator provides assistance to HR staff, coordinates communications and meetings, maintains essential records, supports HR programs, and ensures compliance with reporting requirements while acting as a liaison between HR and employees.
