Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician (Currently, we are only hiring candidates that have experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis, and have worked in at least 1 setting as a Behavior Tech or Registered Behavior Technician).
This location requires a confident RBT who will be receiving Telehealth supervision only, due to the location. It is 1 client, M-F, 4 hour shift. This program has an emphasis on communication, with play-based ABA.

Duties:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors
- Assist with skill acquisition programs, including communication, social skills, and daily living skills
- Support clients in community outings and activities
- Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to develop and modify treatment plans
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working with individuals with ASD preferred
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow directions and implement behavior plans accurately
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes or other designated locations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Hourly compensation: $18/hr base salary, plus additional compensation based on education, experience and availability.
