Successful candidates will possess strong customer service skills, computer literate and be highly motivated with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy medical practice. Responsibilities include answering initial calls into the clinic, screening for appropriate transfer and scheduling patients for several physicians. Greeting patients and obtaining accurate demographics and insurance information. Previous experience in a medical environment highly recommended.
