We're seeking a dynamic front desk professional to join our new chiropractic office! We are slate to open the first week of November and want to add you to our team! From scheduling appointments to ensuring a seamless patient experience, you'll be the heartbeat of our clinic. Bilingual is a plus, but not necessary. We are located on 103rd Street.
What You'll Do:
- Greet patients with a warm smile and assist with check-ins and check-outs
- Coordinate appointments and manage schedules efficiently
- Handle phone calls and inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Maintain a tidy reception area and ensure patient comfort
What You Bring:
- Customer service wizardry with a knack for making everyone feel welcome
- Organizational skills that keep our office running like a well-oiled machine
- A positive attitude and a passion for promoting health and wellness
- Previous experience in a medical or chiropractic setting preferred
