The Chisago Lakes Achievement Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals with developmental disabilities, helping them lead fulfilling lives while promoting their independence and dignity. We are hiring for Direct Support Professionals (DSP's) for our day program. We are looking for individuals who are fun loving, caring, have a positive attitude and want to make a difference in the lives of adults with disabilities. A DSP works closely with our program consumers providing programming, job coaching, supervision, daily living skills, teaching and overall support and advocacy.
Candidates must possess:
A valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
Must have a High School Diploma or GED. Ability to pass a MN DHS Background Study. Ability to effectively communicate. Possesses a compassionate and caring demeanor.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
