Your New Role
As an Operator/Laborer, you’ll:
- Operate heavy equipment like excavators, loaders, and skid steers.
- Assist with underground pipework, including grading, shoring, and backfilling.
- Support bridgework by setting forms, placing rebar, and concrete pouring.
- Handle restoration tasks such as grading, seeding, and asphalt placement.
- Maintain tools, trucks, and heavy equipment, ensuring they’re in top shape.
- Follow safety standards and work collaboratively with your team.

Job requirements
- Experience: 3-5 years in a similar role
- Licenses:
- CDL Class A
- Journeyman Certification
- Skills:
- Heavy equipment operation

- Education: High school coursework completed
- Other: Ability to pass a drug test
