The Chocolate Maven has an opening for an experienced Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about baking, food and flavors, have a "can do" attitude, and previous experience working in a commercial bakery.
Duties:
- Prepare baked goods, doughs and batters
- Follow recipes and production schedules
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Work as a positive member of an amazing team of artisan bakers.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a bakery, restaurant, or catering environment
- Knowledge of bakery techniques and food preparation
- Familiarity with commercial baking equipment and tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
- Understanding of food safety practices and regulations
