Pool Cocktail Server

Description
Job Purpose or Objective(s): Responsible for providing drink service in the outlet/bar while ensuring guests are served, and ensuring all procedures regarding alcohol dispensing are followed. You will report to the Aqua Shift Manager
Average Pay: $20.00/hour
Primary Tasks:

• You will greet guests in a and manner and explain all special promotions.

• You will take orders, reciting selection of all call and premium brands as requested; requires memorization of all available drinks.

• You will input orders into point of sale system to inform bartender an order was placed.

• You will replenish beverages as requested, frequently checking back with Guests to inquire about satisfaction.

• You will deliver beverages to patrons while ensuring payment.

• You will check and maintain setup and cleanliness of service station before, during and after shift.

• You will maintain cleanliness of Guest areas including removing empty glasses/bottles and cleaning ashtray.

• You will confirm age compliance by checking the identification of any individual ordering alcoholic beverages.

• Perform other responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED

• ABLE Certification

• Read write and understand simple instructions

• One (1) year or more related cocktail experience
