Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) - Part Time
Summary: The Registered Dental Assistant supports dental care delivery by preparing treatment rooms, patients, instruments, and materials; passing instruments and materials; performing procedures in compliance with the Dental Practice Act.This is a part time position to work Fridays and Saturdays.
Pay Range: $19.71-$26.44/hr (Based on experience)

Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Assists the doctor in procedures
- Operated x-ray equipment and takes x-rays
- Prophy teeth
- Instructs patients on oral hygiene
- Chart and treatment plan with doctor
- Sterilizes instruments
- Setup and prepares rooms for hygiene and treatment
- Take IO's
- Charting
- Sealants, if applicable
Qualifications
Education and/or Experience:
- Certification from a dental college OR three to six months related experience and/or training OR equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish, required
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
- California Registered Dental Assistant License
- X-Ray Certification
- Coronal Polish Certification required
- Current BLS certification
- Sealant Certification, preferred
Salary : $20 - $26
