**Front Desk Receptionist**
We are looking for a part-time front desk attendant. The hours would be 3PM-11 PM Tuesday-Friday nights and have the opportunity to pick up extra shifts as they become available.
**Duties:**
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to guests
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Assist with reservations and ensure accurate booking information
**Experience:**
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred but not required
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
