What are the responsibilities and job description for the Real Estate Listing Coordinator position at Chris Gurnee Realty?
$125,000 - $150,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Coordinate all listing information such as property photos, pre-listing presentations, and MLS market research for comparable properties
- Give vendors and contractors access to homes that are in need of inspection or repair so each property is prepared to sell
- Acquire the necessary signatures for each listing agreement, sellers’ disclosures, and other required documentation and send to the real estate broker for file compliance
- Arrange all buyers’ showings and public open houses to get feedback regarding the showing to help other team members facilitate more sales
- Produce and manage MLS listings and social media so homes sell as soon as possible and customers are satisfied
- Must have a valid Real Estate License
- Must have a high school diploma or GED, some college experience is a bonus
- Driven to create an excellent customer service experience for each client
- Has real estate license or is willing to pursue one
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in real estate, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages is preferred
