Responsibilities
- Perform tire services including rotations
- Conduct oil changes using appropriate lubricants and filters, adhering to manufacturer specifications.
- Conduct basic vehicle inspections to identify potential issues and communicate findings effectively.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete maintenance tasks accurately.
- Maintain detailed service records for each vehicle serviced, ensuring transparency and quality control.
- Support automotive diagnostics by identifying mechanical issues using diagnostic equipment when necessary.
Skills
- prior automotive repair background is highly preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools.
- Proven mechanic experience with a focus on vehicle maintenance, tire service, oil changes
- Familiarity with automotive diagnostics and general automotive service procedures.
- Customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients about their vehicle needs.
- Ability to lift heavy tires and equipment safely during service procedures.
