What You’ll Be Doing
This role is a part-time role at Christ Covenant. The purpose of this position is to coordinate weekday childcare for Christ Covenant staff, act as the primary childcare sitter during the week for children of staff, schedule childcare for special events, and perform other related duties. This position will report to Jaimie Warren.

What You’ll Be Doing

The purpose of this position is to coordinate weekday childcare for Christ Covenant staff, act as the primary childcare sitter during the week for children of staff, schedule childcare for special events, and perform other related duties. This position will report to Jaimie Warren.
📅 Weekday Childcare Coordination
- Build and manage the schedule for weekday sitters
- Recruit, train, and encourage an awesome team of childcare workers
- Keep our roster organized and make sure sitters get paid on time
- Be the primary caregiver for children of our staff during the week
- Create a warm, structured, Jesus-centered space for play and learning
- Plan fun, age-appropriate activities & keep parents in the loop with daily updates
- Coordinate volunteers for special events throughout the year (Think Through It Live, First Sunday, Lydian, Institute classes & more!)
- Make sure childcare is covered — and amazing — for every occasion
- Keep rooms clean and organized at the end of the day (don’t worry — we’ve got the specs!)
- Manage supplies and stay within the childcare budget
- High school diploma (or equivalent) ✔️
- Real-world childcare experience — nannying, babysitting, preschool, etc. ✔️
- CPR & First Aid certified (or willing to get it!)
- Organized, proactive, and able to juggle a few things at once
- Bonus points for administrative or team leadership experience
