Looking for a childcare teacher at our beautiful center in the Amston section of Hebron CT. Creating a diverse and rich curriculum, where children learn through play and fun! Hours are 8:00-4:30 Monday through Friday. $17.00-$21.00 per hour, depending on experience. We have a great team here, come join us!
Duties
Teachers are responsible for the general supervision and management of their classroom.
Implement a classroom curriculum guided by children's interests and developmental needs.
Meet physical, social-emotional and cognitive needs of all children in the classroom.
Maintain the classroom to be organized, clean and a nurturing and appropriate environment, based on developmental needs and interests of the children.
Maintain positive professional interactions with children, families and other staff.
Be dependable, reliable, and love what you do and want to come to work!

Requirements
Experience teaching in a Early Childhood Center
OEC approval with a background check and finger prints
CPR and First Aid Certification or ability to complete this within 90 days
Nice To Haves

An Associates or Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood
