Camp Christ Lutheran is looking for a Camp Staff!!
Camp Christ Lutheran is a 10 week summer camp for ages five through nine, that is seeking camp staff to oversee daily summer campers. Schedules are flexible, part time and fulltime positions are open, from 7:00am till 5:30pm.
We take several off site trips over the summer, for swimming, and other yet to be determined trips.
As a Camp Counselor, you will be an active participant in all camp activities, with the goal of creating a memorable and fun camp experience for our campers. You will work with our campers throughout the day, helping them make friends, try new experiences, and generally caring for their well-being. The role of a Counselor is to participate, build relationships and have fun while ensuring the physical and emotional safety of every camper.

Duties
- Work with group of campers and provide a fun, safe and exciting camp experience
- Work with fellow counselors and Camp Director
- Greet families and campers upon arrival
- Participate in all camp activities, games, sports, trips, swimming
- Help out where needed and lead activities when asked to by the Camp Director
Requirements
- Ability to oversee the health and safety of campers at all times
- Participation in all of the day's activities
- Prior experience working with children
- Enthusiastic, Responsible, Dependable, Consistent, Level-Headed, Flexible, and Calm in all situations
- CPR/First Aid Certified OR willing to become certified before the summer begins
Staff must be 18 years old, prefer 1 year working with children or previous camp experience.
