Position Summary
The polish technician responsibilities would be prepping surfaces for various types of coating and finishes. Processes used for surface prep would be grinders, buffing wheels, tumblers, sandblasters, sandpaper, and files.
Required Outcomes
Surfaces to be prepared to spec given on work instructions.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Complete daily numbers on time and in full
- Able to learn proper grinding techniques
- Able to learn how to operate ovens and operate them safely
- Able to learn vibratory tumblers and maintain them
- Able to learn proper sandblasting techniques and maintenance of sand blaster
- Maintain clean and orderly work area
- Perform job in a safe manner while following company safety policies
- Maintain a positive attitude and strive to always improve
- Complete production records, work orders and area logs as work is completed
- Understand and adhere to all policies and procedures resulting in quality parts
- Able to work with and be a productive member of a team
