We are seeking an experienced full time Client Support Specialist to be the smiling face of our office, greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and managing incoming phone calls. As our clients' first point of contact, a friendly, warm and compassionate demeanor is of the utmost importance. We are looking for a team player who is positive and loves building relationships with clients and staff. An outgoing personality that can demonstrate superior customer service, great organizational skills, and the ability to adapt is essential. As a member of our team, you will soon find what sets our office apart from others.
This is a full time role and the applicant selected will be eligible for Christian Family Solutions' full benefits package. This benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, short and long-term disability, 401(K) plan and match policy, and PTO. Hours for this position can be flexible, with a tentative schedule of 7:30am- 5:30pm, Monday - Thursday. This position will be located in-person at our Appleton clinic.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in a Social Services or Human Services field desired.
- Willingness to support the mission of Christian Family Solutions.
- Active member of a WELS or ELS or confessional Lutheran Church preferred.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a receptionist/administrative related role preferred (preferably in a Human Services, Mental Health, or Medical setting).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to act as a resource for clients, provide customer service in a courteous manner, and work effectively with diverse groups of people at various levels within the organization.
- Good organizational and time management skills required to complete work in a timely and efficient basis.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Demonstrated prior experience and advanced proficiency with electronic recordkeeping software (EMR).
- A high degree of responsibility to maintain confidentiality in all matters of the division.
