We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Dispatch Supervisor to oversee our team of dispatchers and ensure seamless coordination between technicians and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of dispatchers to ensure efficient scheduling and communication with technicians and customers.
• Scheduling Oversight: Manage daily schedules for HVAC and plumbing service technicians, ensuring optimal productivity and minimal downtime.
• Customer Service Excellence: Address escalated customer issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for dispatch operations, providing feedback and implementing improvements as needed.
• Coordination: Collaborate with technicians, sales teams, and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Problem Solving: Resolve scheduling conflicts, handle last-minute changes, and adapt quickly to unexpected challenges.
• System Management: Maintain and update dispatching software and ensure accurate record-keeping for all service calls and schedules.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a dispatch or supervisory role, preferably in the home services industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with dispatching software and systems.
• Knowledge of HVAC and plumbing terminology is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
