What are the responsibilities and job description for the Youth Mentor/Companion position at Christian Servants Home Care?
Christian Servants Home Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Youth Mentor/Companion to join our team. As a Youth Mentor, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the life of a young individual by providing guidance, support, and mentorship. This is a rewarding position that requires a strong passion for working with youth and helping them reach their full potential.
Duties May Consist of the Following:
- Build meaningful relationships with youth and serve as a positive role model
- Provide guidance and support to youth
- Assist with educational activities
- Plan and facilitate recreational and social activities for youth (games, creative play, outdoor activities, etc)
- Prompt/assist with light chores
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have valid driver's license, own vehicle, and proof of insurance
- Must pass a thorough background check as part of the hiring process
- Strong interpersonal skills
