🕒 Schedule:
- Shifts include: 5:30am–2:00pm, 9:15am–5:45pm, 10:30am–7:00pm, and 11:00am–7:30pm
- Must be available for alternate weekends and holidays
- Flexibility to work all listed shifts is required
🍽️ What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and serve meals to patients and customers using standardized recipes
- Lead and support Cook I’s and Service Assistants
- Open and close the department, including cash handling
- Forecast food needs and adjust recipes as needed
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety standards
💡 What You Bring:
- Associate’s degree in culinary arts with 2 years of food prep experience preferred, or 4 years in high-volume scratch cooking
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
