Position Highlights:
- Team Composition: 23 providers. A collaborative mix of FM, Med-Peds and APCS. With a robust support staff of nurses, MA’s, clinical pharmacist, social workers, behavioral health specialists and front office staff!
- Patient Demographics: All ages
- Patient volume: 12-16 patients on average
- Virtual Flexibility: Opportunity for one virtual day per week.
- Call Schedule: 1:12. Aprox 4 weeks per year.
- Additional Compensation: Paid desktop coverage and moonlighting opportunities available.
- Patient Focus: With our inboxologist and new DAX/Co-pilot scribe system, you can devote more focus on patients vs your inbox and note taking on laptop
- Proximity: Close to ChristianaCare’s main hospital campus in Newark, DE.
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population.
- Utilize onsite case management for chronic disease and virtual behavioral health consultant.
- Participate in clinical collaboration and onsite group consultations.
