Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental hygiene services to patients, including routine cleanings, examinations, and education on oral health maintenance.
• Work collaboratively with the dental team to ensure seamless delivery of care and promote a positive patient experience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training.

Requirements

• Current dental hygienist license in Florida and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required).
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation.
• CPR Certification.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene OR equivalent experience of 1-2 years.
• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet the needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health.
• Clinical needs as required by the office.
