RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
- Contact customers regarding past-due bills.
- Set customer appointments for the agent.
- Take payments.
- Pivot to insurance products while helping customers.
- Answer incoming phone calls.
- Make outbound calls to customers to offer discounts.
- Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Dedicated to customer service
- Able to obtain Property and Casualty License
- Able to obtain a Life/Health License
- Able to achieve mutually agreed upon goals
- Interested in marketing products and services based on customer needs
