Education: Certification from a Medical Assistant program preferred. Continues educational pursuits as required to perform all duties associated with the position.
Experience: One to two years of experience in an outpatient clinical setting including direct contact with patients. Must be able to accurately utilize word-processing software, as well as possess a working knowledge of medical terminology. Requires excellent interpersonal skills.
