Summary: Coordinates the day-to-day activities of the Respiratory Care Department. Oversees the clinical competence of the staff. Evaluates, administers and monitors a wide variety of therapeutic and diagnostic respiratory care procedure to patients of all ages with various cardiopulmonary disorders in all areas of patient care.
Education: Graduate of an accredited program in Respiratory Care or equivalent.
Licensure: Must hold a current RI license and be nationally certified in Respiratory Therapy.
Experience: Minimum of three years of experience; one year (or equivalent to) of which must be in the Critical Care setting.
