Responsibilities :
- Handle Pre Suit and / or Litigation cases.
- Manage a caseload of personal injury case.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and represent clients in court proceedings.
- Prepare for and participate in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
- Negotiate settlements for legal disputes.
- Stay current with legal developments and changes in personal injury law.
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
- Assist in trial or with experience 1st chair trials.
