Duties
Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities.
Lead a classroom of children, ensuring their safety, well-being, and development.
Foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
Monitor and assess children’s progress and development, providing individual support as needed.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing updates on their child’s progress and addressing any concerns.
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning experience.
Participate in regular professional development and team meetings.
Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and Chroma Early Learning Academy policies.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of child development and early learning principles.
Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

Highschool Diploma or Equivalent
