We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our operations in Doral, FL. What You’ll Do
As our Customer Service Representative, you will be a critical part of our customer experience team. Your role will involve daily communication with clients, accurate order processing, coordination with sales and logistics, and handling customer inquiries and concerns professionally. You will also be expected to use ERP systems and Excel-based tools to manage orders and data effectively.
Who We’re Looking For
We are only considering candidates who meet all of the following:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal, written, and reading comprehension at a professional level)
- Completed associate degree or higher (required; degrees in progress will not be accepted)
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role (experience in consumer goods or manufacturing is a plus)
- Experience using an ERP system (Microsoft AX preferred, but any commercial ERP is acceptable)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (able to use formulas, filters, and data tables confidently)
- Strong computer literacy (confident using business software, systems, and digital communication tools)
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (without current or future visa sponsorship)
- Fully available to work in the Doral, FL office Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (remote work is not an option)
- A team player with strong attention to detail, follow-up, and a proactive mindset
Compensation & Benefits
- $20.00 - $22.00 /hour | 40 hours/week | Paid bi-weekly
