What are the responsibilities and job description for the Autism Support Specialist position at Chrysalis Autism Center?
- Implement individualized behavior plans.
- Collect and analyze data on the effectiveness of behavior plans.
- Provide positive reinforcement.
- Monitor and document progress of learners.
- Communicate with families, guardians, and other professionals regarding the progress of clients.
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment.
- Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- RBT certified.
- Current BLS (CPR) certification (preferred).
- Must be available to work Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.
- Pass a background check.
- Off on weekends.
