We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Food and Beverage Servers/Bartenders to deliver outstanding service across our breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktail offerings.
**Job Summary:**
As a member of the Food and Beverage, you will be the face of our club, ensuring our members receive friendly, attentive, and efficient service. Your role is key to creating a welcoming environment where members can enjoy their dining experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Greet members and guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive and personalized service.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring timely delivery.
- Serve breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktails with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including specials and beverage offerings, to make recommendations.
- Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages in accordance with club standards.
- Ensure cleanliness and presentation of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
- Handle member inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist with setting up and clearing tables, restocking supplies as needed.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation standards and regulations.
- Promote the club’s amenities and upcoming events to members.
**Qualifications:**
- Friday & Saturday nights REQUIRED
- Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of alcohol service and responsible beverage service standards.
- Friendly, professional, and detail-oriented attitude.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
