Requirements:What You'll Be Doing
Customer Rockstar Duties
- Keep customers happy by answering overflow calls from Retail, Wholesale, and Operator lines, ensuring they’re connected to the right sales team member faster than you can say “used auto parts!”
- Be the go-to rep for our Driver Line, solving problems and spreading good vibes.
- Create RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations) when needed – because mistakes happen, but you’re here to fix them!
- Approve small credits or redirect drivers to the right salesperson – no sweat.
- Give new customers the warmest welcome by calling them with a friendly script, making sure they have everything they need to get started.
Data Wizardry
- Enter Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) of purchased vehicles into our system daily.
- Double-check nightly updates for data feeds and give a heads-up if something looks off.
- Keep the Customer Activity Report updated to track sales and capture new emails for the marketing team.
Title Champion
- Process monthly salvage titles like a pro and send them to PennDOT.
- Sign and slap stock numbers on vehicle titles with authority.
Team Player Moves
- Attend weekly Accounting L10 and Marketing L10 meetings – because teamwork makes the dream work.
- Lend a hand to the Marketing Team and Business Development crew with cool projects whenever you’ve got time.
System Mastery
- Use our system to manage work orders, marking them as staged and completed like the boss you are.
- Confirm invoices for delivery and wrap up routes using the driver panel.
