What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kitchen position at Chukar Cherries?
Provide support to Kitchen Team Leader and Assistant on all aspects of pantry item production including cooking, food testing, record keeping, labeling, data entry and sorting.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Weigh and cook ingredients according to the directions.
- Complete Travelers (lot numbers & weights).
- Test and record ph, brix, moisture and size.
- Maintain ingredient inventories and rotate stock.
- Complete Food Handling Training & Test.
- Labeling finished product.
