What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cashier/Customer Service/Dishwasher position at Church's Texas Chicken and Careers?
This location is projected to Grand Open June 14 2025. We are looking to hire our first ever crew!
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
- Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately
- Assist with food service duties such as taking orders, serving food, and bussing tables
- Handle and prepare food in accordance with safety and sanitation guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
- Assist with banquet and event setup as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations is a plus
- Culinary or hotel experience is beneficial
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
