Churchill's Bistro Cigar Bar in Grosse Pointe Woods is seeking an experienced Manager to open for days, nights and some weekends. Churchill's features a Fine Dining Menu, full bar with liquor, scotches, wine and beer. We also service our customer's cigar needs. Churchill's features a state of the art ventilation system, which provides fresh air on a constant basis.
Benefits are available for candidates that meet expected requirements. All needed skills will be taught to the right candidate. At least 3 years of managerial experience is required for the position.
Duties will include:
- Opening the store and supervising staff duties
- Supervise shift change and other assorted duties
- Customer relations
- Inventory Humidor & Liquor
Prospects should have a history of:
- 3 years of managerial experience in a restaurant setting
- Leadership skills and relationship-building skills
- Excellent people skills and highly organized
- Excellent communication with staff and customers
- Excellent record of attendance and punctuality
- Experience with Microsoft Office, POS systems
Pay Range:
- Starting at $55k-62k
- Closed 6 Days a Year
- Health Insurance Monthly Bonus based on performance
- This is a salary position and candidate will work about 48-50 hours a week
