Our fast-growing startup is looking for a passionate, results-oriented individual to join our Sales team as an Account Executive. At ChurnZero, our mission is to create the next great Customer Success platform – as an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in growing ChurnZero’s customer base by developing relationships and driving new sales as well as working across departments internally to ensure customer success. Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle
- Create, nurture, and develop leads
- Work with medium-sized or fast-growing businesses
- Work with high velocity of deals and new logos
- Manage territory pipeline and forecasts accurately
- Build pipeline using an inbound/outbound model
- Qualify deals and gets to decisions quickly
- Educate customers on the changing customer success landscape
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual quota
- Track all sales activity and forecasting in Salesforce
- Be a credible resource and develop trusted relationships with prospects
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to help refine messaging and further develop the ChurnZero product
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- 2-4 years of sales account management experience working for a technology vendor
- SaaS/Cloud experience strongly preferred
- A track record of success selling to growing and mid-sized companies
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multiple business functions
- Demonstrated ability to engage with Director, VP or C level customers
