Job Description

The Kids Club Manager will lead your team to create unforgettable experiences for current and future Chuze members and their children. Partner with the General Manager to recruit, train, and develop your team to execute the Kids Club policies and procedures. Create a positive, collaborative, and growth-minded work environment that creates healthier communities through human connection and kindness.
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To The Following
- Engage with children consistently through activities and maintain professional guardian-Chuzer relationships with strong communication skills
- Conduct feedback and performance reviews, partnering with the GM to address escalated personnel concerns
- Recruit, onboard, and train new KC team members under the direction of the GM, creating an inspiring environment with a positive, friendly, and caring attitude
- Collaborate with management to assemble discussion points and activities for team meetings and outings
- Oversee safety and security of the KC by ensuring all facilities in the KC are operational and clean, reviewing CCTV, administering minor first aid per company policy, completing detailed reporting for little Chuzers
- Identify opportunities to improve upon current Chuze standards and best practices and collaborate with the management team to implement efficiencies
- Work alongside the team and run all aspects of daily KC operations, including child sign-ups, checking in and out, amenities, answering phones, running and reviewing reports, and addressing guardian concerns
- Maintain knowledge of front desk operations, including membership tours, billing and pricing, point-of-sale transactions, smoothie sales, and answering phones
- Administrative duties, including building an effective schedule for the KC, ordering and organization of KC inventory, reporting, record-keeping, and managing email inboxes

- Bending, kneeling, and repetitive arm movement

Salary : $22 - $27
