What You'll Do:

- Lead & Develop a Dynamic Team: You'll recruit, hire, and train a professional design team, supporting their career development through regular guidance, mentorship, and training opportunities.
- Drive Design Excellence: Guide your team on design projects, ensuring every project aligns with CI Select's high standards and brand, from bidding and budgeting to final execution.
- Streamline Processes: Continually assess and implement new procedures to make our team and process more efficient, elevating service standards across departments.
- Innovate & Collaborate: Stay connected to industry trends and collaborate with manufacturers to bring the newest and most innovative products to our clients.
- Inspire & Mentor: Provide guidance and motivation, fostering an environment of respect and creativity among design, sales, and customer experience teams.

What We're Looking For:
- Educational Background: A degree in Interior Design (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Experience: At least 8 years in commercial interior design and 4 years in a management role are preferred.
- Leadership & Vision: Proven ability to lead teams, foster growth, and manage multiple projects effectively.
